We do not offer money back on any personalised item that have had custom artwork and design approval. 

 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK law and you are entitled to cancel your and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund including the cost of delivery, To do this please email us with your order number. When returning the good you are responsible for the cost of the risk of loss so please take out insurance covering the value of the item.

 

Returns are not accepted on personalised items, and products that have had design work and approval for yourself.
